The apartments are at the beginning of the urbanization of Roquetas de Mar, right in front of the sea, a short walk can reach the castle of Santa Ana and the port, very close by there is a wide range of bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets, hairdressers, playground, gymnastics park for adults and fitness for the youngest. A leisure area with a playground about 15 min. walking, known as the monkey park.
